Q. Are all of your rooms en-suite?
A. Yes. All 34 our beautifully decorated bedrooms have en-suite facilities, including toilet, shower and wash basin.

Q. What time is breakfast served and is it included with the price?
A. Breakfast is included in the price for each person’s stay and is served between 8.30am and 9.30am each morning.

Q. Do you accept coach parties and other large groups?
A. Yes, we are always more than happy to cater for any large group, the price of your groups stay can incorporate nightly entertainment arranged by us. Please note, however, that some groups (hen or stag parties etc) are only permitted at the owner’s discretion and may require a security deposit.

Q. Is your hotel family friendly?
A. Yes, here at The Belvedere Hotel we are always happy to accommodate children and adults of all ages. Our hotel is a safe, secure and calming environment for your child

Q. I have a young child; do I need to pay for his/her stay?
A. Children under the age of two years stay at The Belvedere for free. However, cots,food (such as breakfast) will then become an added extra. Children aged 2-12 will receive a discount on their stay with us.

Q. Myself or my partner has a physical disability that makes stairs difficult; do you have any ground floor rooms?
A. We do not currently have any ground floor rooms but there is a lift to all floors, with rooms on each floor positioned within close proximity to the lift. If you, or anyone that will be staying with you, has any difficulties with physical activity, please let us know upon booking and we will be happy to do everything we can to assist.

Q. Is there a bar in the hotel?
A. Yes, actually we have two. Both of our bars are fully licensed and stocked with draught beers and spirits. Our larger bar is open when there are entertainment evenings, but our smaller bar, located in the lounge area, is open to all residents during licensing hours.

Q. Do you allow pets into the hotel?
A. Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, no animals are permitted on the premises; this excludes guide dogs (prior notice required.)

Q. Where can I park?
A. There are several car parks within very close proximity of the hotel, one of which is a secure car park that is locked up overnight. There is time-restricted pay & display street parking outside of the property. Street parking is free and unrestricted for disabled blue-badge holders.

Q. What time is checkout?
A. To allow our housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of cleanliness for other guests, we require all guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on their departure date. If this is inconvenient for you and you wish to discuss a later checkout time, please speak to a member of staff and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that this may incur an additional charge.
